Spaghetti with tomato sauce

Spaghetti is served with sauce made from fresh tomatoes. Tomato spaghetti sauce is very easy and quick to prepare.
Pasta is an Italian dish consisting of two main components: any pasta and sauce.

Cream tomatoes (peeled, cut into halves) - 650 g
Spaghetti - 330 g
Parmesan cheese (grated) - 6 tbsp. l.
Extra virgin olive oil - 3 tbsp. l.
Garlic (chopped) - 2 cloves
Salt - 2 tbsp. l.+0.5 tsp.
Red chili pepper, dried (crushed) - 0.25 tsp.
Water - 5 l
Fresh basil (chopped) - 0.25 cups

1. Peel the tomatoes from watery pulp and seeds (this should be done over a bowl so that the tomato juice flows into it). Finely chop the tomato pulp. Do not pour the juice out of the bowl; you will need it.
2. Prepare tomato sauce for spaghetti. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat 2 tbsp. spoons of oil, place garlic in a frying pan, cook, stirring, for about 30 seconds. Place chopped tomatoes in a frying pan, add 0.5 teaspoons of salt and pepper, as well as the reserved tomato juice. Increase heat to medium-high; cook, stirring, 15 minutes.
3. In a large saucepan, bring 5 liters of water to a boil, add 2 tbsp. spoons of salt, add spaghetti, cook until al dente, according to the instructions on the package. Drain the spaghetti, reserving 1/2 cup of the cooking water.
4. Place the spaghetti in the pan with the tomato sauce, add 1/2 cup of the reserved liquid, cook for about 5 minutes, stirring. Add basil, stir.
5. Serve spaghetti with tomato sauce on individual plates, drizzle with remaining olive oil and sprinkle with cheese.
