Lobio in tomato

The recipe for preparing lobio is known in Georgian, Azerbaijani and Armenian cuisine.
Lobio is prepared from both green green beans and beans, mainly red. We offer a recipe for lobio in tomato made from dried beans.
Ингредиенты
Dry beans - 1 cup
Tomato paste - 0.5 cups
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
Spices for pilaf - 0.5 teaspoon (to taste)
Cilantro (or parsley) - 50 g
Garlic - 5 cloves
Salt - 0.5 teaspoon (to taste)
Рецепт
1. Sort the beans, wash, soak in cold water for 2-6 hours.
2. Pour 1 liter of water into the cauldron. Boil. Then put the beans in boiling water and cook until tender over low heat (about an hour), cool.
3. Peel the garlic, chop finely.
4. Wash the greens and chop finely.
5. Heat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Add tomato paste. Sauté tomato paste in vegetable oil (about 2-3 minutes).
6. Season the lobio with tomato with salt, pilaf spices, chopped garlic, and cilantro.
7. Boil the lobio in tomato sauce for 2-3 minutes over low heat.
