Dried (sun-dried) tomatoes are popular throughout the Mediterranean! This is a delicacy, a delicacy.

If you make sun-dried tomatoes yourself, it will turn out much cheaper and much tastier. Fleshy tomatoes - "cream" and other similar varieties - are best suited for drying. How to make sun-dried tomatoes at home:

1. Take a tomato, divide it into four parts, cut out the center and seeds.
2. Place the remaining fleshy parts in the dryer for 8 hours at 55 degrees. It’s good if such a device is on the farm. Drying time may vary depending on the variety and size of tomatoes.
(If there is no special dryer, you can use a regular oven - place the tomatoes on a baking sheet, cut side up, and dry the tomatoes at a low temperature (up to 100 degrees) for about 3-4 hours.)
3. Dried tomatoes need to be stored correctly and beautifully.
4. For this we take garlic and fresh rosemary.
5. Place the sun-dried tomato slices in a jar, topping them with garlic and rosemary sprigs.
6. Pour olive oil over the dried tomatoes.
7. Sun-dried tomatoes are ready! Believe me, the delicacy will be extraordinary!
