For true coffee lovers, we offer to prepare an aromatic multi-layered coffee drink with the interesting name “bicherin”. The combination of bright chocolate and rich coffee taste with light creamy flavor will make the most ordinary morning magical.
Let's prepare the ingredients. The cream must be chilled - place it in the refrigerator in advance. Brew strong coffee (espresso using a coffee maker) at the rate of: approximately 8 g (1 tsp) of freshly ground coffee per 50 ml of water.

Bitter chocolate (72% cocoa) - 100 g + for serving
Cream (fat content from 30%) - 100 ml
Milk - 100 ml
Espresso (strong coffee) - 100 ml

1. Bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan. Remove the saucepan from the stove.
Place chocolate in hot milk, breaking it into pieces.
2. Stir the contents of the saucepan with a spoon.
3. Wait until the chocolate completely melts under the influence of the temperature of hot milk. As a result, we should get a smooth, homogeneous mass.
4. Carefully pour hot chocolate in equal portions into the prepared coffee glasses.
5. Now follows the coffee layer: very carefully, using a tablespoon, pour fresh espresso along the wall of the glass so as not to disturb the chocolate layer.
6. Pour the cream into a bowl (we took it out of the refrigerator right now). Beat the chilled cream with a mixer until light and creamy.
7. Using a teaspoon, place the cream on top of the coffee layer, being careful not to break the integrity of the layers.
8. Finely grate a piece of chocolate. Decorate each serving of coffee drink with grated chocolate.
9. To taste bicherin coffee, we recommend that you use a straw - this way you can enjoy all the layers of the drink.
