4. Add sifted flour and quickly knead into a soft dough.

5. Transfer the dumpling dough onto a floured board, knead it well so that the dough does not stick to your hands. Cover the dough with a towel. Let stand for 20 minutes.

6. Meanwhile, make the filling for the dumplings. Peel the onion, wash and finely chop.

7. Wash the meat, cut into pieces. Pass through a meat grinder. Salt and pepper. Add onions.

8. Add enough water or milk so that the minced meat is not thick, but not too liquid. Mix well. The minced meat is ready.

9. Divide the dumpling dough into 4 parts. Roll each piece into a sausage.
