Simple cheese fondue

Cheese fondue can be served with apples and slices of bread.
Cheese fondue is traditionally prepared in Switzerland from melted cheese; this dish is also popular in France and Italy. There is even a version of Chinese fondue, without cheese, where pieces of meat, vegetables, shrimp or fish are dipped into boiling broth or oil.
Cheese fondue is perfect for a large company, and you can also take Russian cheese, the main thing is a good mood and your imagination.

Gruyere cheese (grated) - 150 g
Emmental cheese (grated) - 150 g
Garlic - 1 clove
Dry white wine - 1 glass
Corn starch - 1 tbsp. l.
Cognac - 1 tsp.
Salt (optional)
Ground black pepper
Ground nutmeg

Рецепт
1. Rub the inside of a small saucepan with garlic.
2. Pour wine into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
3. Add starch and cognac to boiling wine and stir.
4. Pour all the cheese into the saucepan, add pepper, nutmeg and salt (optional), mix well.
Serve cheese sauce with apple slices and bread cubes.
