Tartar sauce goes well with fish and meat, and in general it is so tasty that it can add a special taste to any dish.
Cold sauce based on mayonnaise and green onions. In French cuisine it is served with cold fish, eel, veal leg, oysters and French fries. There are various versions of this sauce, for example, other herbs, pickles, and capers can be added to it.
Ингредиенты
Sour cream - 4 tbsp.
Pickled cucumber - 1 pc.
Boiled egg (yolk) - 1 pc.
Mustard beans - 1 tsp.
Dill - 3 sprigs
Ground black pepper - to taste
Salt - to taste
Рецепт
1. Mash the yolk with a fork and add it to the sour cream. Stir.
2. Cut the pickled cucumber into cubes, and then chop it with a knife as finely as possible. Transfer the sliced cucumber to a sieve to strain out the liquid.
3. Meanwhile, finely chop the dill
4. Add dill and mustard beans to sour cream.
5. And also add cucumber. Pepper and add a little salt. Mix everything well.
