A classic appetizer, seasoning or sauce made from tomatoes, horseradish and garlic called "Hrenovina".
It is also called spark, Siberian adjika, gorloder, and many other different names for this seasoning. Before preparing the tomato, horseradish and garlic seasoning, prepare the ingredients. Choose tomatoes that are sweet, ripe and meaty, as no sugar is added to this snack to ensure it lasts longer.

Tomatoes - 2 kg
Horseradish root - 200 g
Garlic - 200 g
Salt - 3 tbsp. l. without top (to taste)

1. Wash the horseradish, peel it and chop it finely. Now it needs to be crushed. If you do this through a meat grinder, then together with tomatoes and garlic, since horseradish can clog the meat grinder. Or, as I do, grind in a blender.
2. Wash the tomatoes and cut into pieces.
3. Peel the garlic, cut the cloves into 4 parts.
4. Grind the tomatoes and garlic through a meat grinder.
5. Add chopped horseradish to the rolled tomatoes with garlic, add salt to taste, stir and leave for one hour to let the mixture infuse. Then taste again for salt and spiciness. Add more salt if necessary. If it is very spicy, add tomatoes.
6. Place the prepared sauce from tomatoes, horseradish and garlic into clean sterilized jars and close with any clean lids that are convenient for you. Store horseradish in the refrigerator, since such a snack cannot be stored warm.
7. This seasonal appetizer with a spicy, spicy taste goes well with meat or simply with a slice of rye bread.
