In any case, it will turn out incredibly tasty and satisfying! You can make whatever filling you want for brizoli from minced meat, of course with the right combination.

Ингредиенты

Minced meat (I used minced beef) - 500 g

Eggs - 5 pcs.

Ground sweet paprika - 1 teaspoon

Freshly ground black pepper - to taste

Salt - 1 teaspoon (to taste)

Vegetable oil for frying - 10 ml

For filling:

Tomato – 250 g

Garlic - 1 clove

Fresh dill - 10 g

Sour cream (you can also use mayonnaise) - 1 tbsp. spoon

Salt - 1 pinch (to taste)

1. Add salt, pepper, and dry ground paprika to the prepared minced meat. Mix everything well.

2. Divide the minced meat into 5 parts and form them into balls.

We put cling film on the board, put a ball of minced meat on it and also cover it with cling film on top.

3. Roll out the minced meat with a rolling pin into a pancake shape.

4. Beat the egg in a plate. For each minced pancake there is 1 egg.

5. Remove the film from the top of the minced meat cake, place the minced meat in a plate with a beaten egg, remove the bottom part of the film. This part of the film helps us carefully turn the minced meat over and prevents it from falling apart.

6. Drop the minced meat and egg straight from the plate into a heated frying pan with oil.

7. Fry the brizol on both sides over medium heat until cooked (a few minutes, until golden brown).

8. Prepare the filling: cut the tomato into small cubes, chop the dill, squeeze out the garlic, add salt, add sour cream and mix everything well.

9. Place the brizol on a plate so that the minced meat is on top, put the filling on it.

10. Wrap in a tube and serve.
