A simple and satisfying dish with just two main ingredients - eggs and cheese.

Egg envelopes with cheese are prepared very quickly and not at all difficult. Just 5 minutes - and a delicious breakfast is ready!

Ингредиенты

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Hard cheese - 50 g (1-2 slices)

Salt - to taste

Vegetable oil (for frying) - 1 tbsp. spoon

To serve (optional):

Fresh parsley - 1-2 sprigs

1. Break eggs into a bowl. Salt to taste (cheese contains salt, so add salt carefully).

2. Beat with a fork until smooth.

3. In a frying pan (20 cm in diameter), heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and spread it over the bottom, carefully tilting the pan to the sides and forming a thin pancake. Cook over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes until the edges of the pancake are set and the center remains runny.

4. Place slices of cheese in the center of the egg pancake and cook for about 1 more minute.

5. As soon as the cheese begins to melt, carefully fold the edges of the pancake, forming an envelope. To do this, first fold and cover the filling with two opposite edges of the pancake.

6. Then we turn in the remaining two free edges. Lightly press the resulting envelope with a spatula for a few seconds to secure the edges of the spring roll in this position.

7. Then carefully turn the egg envelope with the filling seam side down and fry for about 20-30 seconds.

8. The rosy egg envelope with cheese filling is ready. Transfer the dish to a plate.
