Cutlets are a common home dish that is always relevant.
They can always be served with any side dish for breakfast or dinner and will always be delicious. I suggest cooking the cutlets with gravy in the oven, which will make them healthier. This method is very convenient because you don’t have to stand at the stove and turn the cutlets over, but form them all at once and bake them.
Ингредиенты
Minced meat - 500 g
Onions - 2 pcs.
Garlic - 3 cloves
White bread - 1 slice
Milk - 30 ml.
Flour - 1 tbsp. l.
Tomato or tomato paste - 3 tbsp. l.
Broth - 0.5 l
Bay leaf - 1-2 pcs.
Vegetable oil - to taste
Salt, pepper - to taste
Рецепт
1. Break the bread into pieces and pour milk over it.
2. Mix the minced meat with chopped onion, garlic and soaked bread. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Let the minced meat rest a little and then form into cutlets. Place them in a baking dish.
4. Fry a little flour in a dry frying pan, add tomato. Mix well so that no lumps form. Pour in the broth little by little.
5. Pour this broth over the cutlets, add bay leaf.
6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the cutlets with gravy until golden brown.
7. Serve the cutlets with a side dish and pickles or fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
