Stuffed cabbage rolls can also be a dietary dish if they are prepared from lean chicken breast and without a drop of fat.
If for some reason you are prohibited from consuming any fats, then I can assure you that you will still be able to try your favorite dishes if you prepare them according to certain rules.
Chicken breast is the leanest part of the chicken; here it is the stuffing for cabbage rolls. Instead of rice, you can take absolutely any cereal, I used wheat. And to give the cabbage rolls a more intense taste, I advise you to add aromatic spices or a bouillon cube from a manufacturer you trust to the minced meat and sauce.
My composition of spices: coriander, suneli hops, dry tomato, spices for meat... And you take everything to your taste.
We won’t fry anything, we are serving a dietary dish, without a drop of oil.
So, to prepare dietary chicken cabbage rolls, let’s take the following set of products.

White cabbage - 1 small head
Chicken breast - 450 g
Wheat cereal - 60 g
Onions - 2 pcs.
Garlic - 1 clove
Carrots - 1 pc.
Tomato paste - 1.5 tbsp.
Salt - to taste
Spices - to taste
Bouillon cube - optional
Any greens - a couple of sprigs

1. Make minced meat from chicken breast, one onion and a clove of garlic.
2. Add washed wheat grits, some of the spices, salt and mix.
3. Chop the second onion and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
4. Prepare cabbage leaves in a way that suits you. To do this, cut the stalk in a circle and lower the head of cabbage into boiling water. As the cabbage softens, remove the soft leaves and place on a plate. You can also keep the cabbage in the microwave until softened. Thickenings on the leaves need to be cut off with a knife.
5. Pour a glass of boiling water into the pan and lower the prepared onions and carrots. Simmer for five minutes. Then add spices and tomato paste, salt. If the tomato paste is sour, add a little sugar. Instead of tomato paste, I use crushed tomatoes and sweet peppers. Simmer the sauce for a couple more minutes.
6. Place a portion of minced meat on the cooled cabbage leaves and form cabbage rolls.
7. Place the cabbage rolls in the pan with the sauce. If necessary, add more boiling water. Add salt, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, until the cabbage is soft. The time, of course, is relative and depends on the type of cabbage.
8. Diet chicken cabbage rolls are ready. They can be sprinkled with herbs and served with sour cream or just broth.
