Many snacks based on “Herring under a Fur Coat” have already been invented. And I also want to show you a version of delicious bruschetta.

Slightly crispy slices of black bread, tender and spicy beetroot spread and pieces of lightly salted fish are just a bomb combination. I am sure that such bruschetta will be the first to “fly away” from the festive table. These are the ingredients I took to prepare bruschetta with herring and beets on black bread.

Ингредиенты

Beetroot (boiled) - 1 pc.

Black bread - 0.5 pcs.

Lightly salted herring (fillet) - 50 g

Garlic - 1 clove

Mayonnaise - 1.5 tsp.

Red onion - several feathers

Рецепт

1. Grate the peeled beets and garlic on a fine grater.

2. Add mayonnaise, a little black pepper and mix.

3. Cut the bread into slices.

4. Dry in a frying pan or in a toaster.

5. Cut the herring (as you like).

6. Spread the beet mixture onto the bread.

7. Place fish on top and decorate with onion feathers.

8. Wonderful bruschetta with herring and beets on black bread is ready.
