Focaccia, as we know, can be thin and fluffy. Today we are baking a lush one, my family’s favorite - with cherry tomatoes and Provençal herbs.

To prepare focaccia with cherry tomatoes and Provencal herbs, we will prepare the products according to the list.

Ингредиенты

Dry yeast - 5 g

Wheat flour - 450 g

Salt - 1 tsp.

Sugar - 1 tbsp.

Butter - 20 g

Olive oil - 70 ml

Water - 220 ml

Cherry tomatoes - to taste

Mixture of Italian herbs - to taste

Рецепт

1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, yeast. Add warm water, softened butter and olive oil.

2. Knead soft elastic dough. Place it in a bowl greased with oil. Cover with film and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

3. This beautiful dough comes out after an hour.

4. Punch it down and place it in a pan lined with parchment. Cut the cherry tomatoes into 2 parts and place them on the dough, pressing them lightly. Sprinkle Provençal herbs on top.

5. Bake in an oven preheated to 210 degrees for about 30 minutes.
