If you have an electric grill on hand, then cooking a juicy pork steak on it will not be a problem for you!
Remember that you should not leave a steak from this type of meat undercooked - it should be well browned and perfectly cooked. Do not confuse it with beef steak, where the center should remain pink. Pork must be completely fried - it is unacceptable to leave this meat half-baked!
You can choose the marinade for steaks to your taste: mayonnaise, lemon juice, but the easiest way is to marinate the meat in soy sauce. It can be easily purchased at any store or supermarket. Use a variety of spices and herbs, for example: dried rosemary, thyme, sweet paprika, etc.

Pork (pulp) - 400 g
Soy sauce - 80 ml
Salt - 0.25 tsp.
Ground black pepper - 3-4 pinches
Dried rosemary - 0.25 tsp.
Vegetable oil - 1 tsp.

1. Rinse the pork and dry it on all sides with a paper towel. Cut into finger-thick slices (about 2 cm) and place in a deep container. There is no need to pound the steaks.
2. Add salt and ground black pepper, pour in soy sauce and add spices. Carefully remember the entire contents of the container so that the sauce and spices are absorbed into the meat. Leave at room temperature for about 1 hour.
3. Then preheat the electric grill and grease its hot plates with vegetable oil using a pastry brush. Place steak slices on the panel and close the lid of the appliance. Grill pork steaks on an electric grill for about 3-5 minutes until golden brown and the meat is completely cooked, depending on the power of your appliance. The meat should remain juicy, but no pink juice should be released from it - the juice should be clear.
4. The steaks themselves should have rosy, appetizing marks. Turn off the heat and remove the steaks to a plate.
5. Serve the fried meat with fresh herbs, various sauces, side dishes, etc.
