Pasta - 100 g

Vegetable oil - 30 g

Onion - 50 g

Water - 200 ml

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

Beef stew - 50 g

Salt - to taste

Black pepper - to taste

1. In a frying pan in oil, fry finely chopped onion until transparent.

2. Add dry pasta, add stew.

3. Pour in water, add salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, stir, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for about 7-8 minutes, until the pasta is completely cooked. During this time, all the water should be absorbed.

4. Finally, remove the lid, beat in the raw egg and wait until it “sets.” Just try to keep the yolk slightly liquid; it will later serve as an excellent sauce for the dish.

5. Pasta with stew and egg is ready! You can additionally sprinkle freshly ground black pepper on top.
