Funchoza with shrimp and mushrooms

To prepare a delicious lunch or dinner for your other half, you will need funchose bean vermicelli, shrimp and champignons.
Soy and hot sauces will add piquancy to the dish, honey - sweetish notes, and vinegar will set off the honey sweetness with sourness. To make the dish as close to Asian cuisine as possible, add fresh chili, a little ginger and fresh cilantro.
Prepare all the ingredients needed to prepare funchose with shrimp and mushrooms. For more flavor, you can use dried porcini or shiitake mushrooms. Clean the shells and intestines from the shrimp tails, wash and dry the mushrooms and green onions.

Shrimp - 300 g
Champignons - 250 g

Olive oil - 2 tbsp.

1. Boil the funchose according to the instructions, drain in a colander.
2. At the same time, heat the frying pan, pour oil into it, add mushrooms cut into slices, fry for three minutes.
3. Chop the green onions. First, put the white part and chopped garlic into the pan, fry along with the mushrooms for a minute or two, then add the green part.
4. Immediately add the shrimp tails and fry for about another minute.
5. Place funchose into a frying pan, pour in soy sauce, hot sauce and vinegar, add honey and freshly ground black pepper.
6. Mix everything well and heat for about a minute. Taste, and if the soy sauce doesn't add enough salt, then add just a little bit.
7. Immediately divide the prepared funchose with shrimp and mushrooms into portions and serve.
