Today we will prepare one of the most popular holiday snacks - canapés with dry-cured sausage and cheese.

Our favorite holidays - New Year and Christmas - are just around the corner. It is for these holidays that we begin to collect interesting recipes in advance. What's a holiday table without canapés? Canapés with dry-cured sausage, cheese and olives are prepared very simply and quickly, especially if you take already chopped sausage and cheese. This snack retains its appearance and taste for a very long time, and therefore it is not for nothing that it is so popular.

Let's prepare the products according to the list. Vegetables should be washed under running water and dried. I bought sliced cheese and sausage. Drain the water from the olives.

Hot dog buns - 1-2 pcs.

Dried sausage - 80 g

Hard cheese - 100 g

Cucumber - 1-2 pcs.

Tomato - 2 pcs.

Black olives - 150 g

1. Cut the hot dog buns into circles 1 centimeter thick, place on a baking sheet, and place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes. During this time, the slices of bread will dry out into croutons.

2. While the croutons are cooking, prepare the remaining ingredients. Cut the tomato into circles, the cucumber into thin long slices lengthwise, the cheese into 2x2 centimeter squares, and simply separate the sausage circles.

3. Place the croutons on a wooden surface and let them cool completely.

4. If the croutons are not coated with any sauce, they will remain crispy longer. If you serve the canapés immediately after cooking, then the croutons can be coated with your favorite white sauce - for example, cheese sauce or a drop of mayonnaise. Next, lay out a slice of cheese and place a slice of tomato on top of the cheese.

5. Place an olive, a slice of cucumber and a couple of slices of dry-cured sausage on a skewer. Stick a skewer into the toast with cheese and tomato. We do the same with the rest of the ingredients.

6. If desired, each canape can be decorated with a sprig of fresh herbs.

7. The most beautiful and delicious canapés with dry-cured sausage, cheese and olives are ready. These canapes are perfect with any alcoholic beverages and not only strong ones; they also taste great with red or white dry wine.
