Carrot salad with nuts and garlic

A favorite salad since childhood.
In our house, not a single holiday was complete without it. Delicious, healthy and ready in minutes. We take raw carrots, walnuts, garlic and mayonnaise.
Ингредиенты
Carrots - 3 pieces;
Walnuts - 30 grams;
Garlic - 2 cloves;
Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons.
Рецепт
1. You will need three medium-sized carrots. We clean it, wash it and grate it with fine holes. Some people prefer large holes, but for me it’s better when the salad has a more uniform structure and is juicier due to chopping.
2. Grind walnuts in a blender, food processor, or as I did using a cutting board and rolling pin.
3. Add nuts to carrots.
4. Add garlic to taste. Two small cloves were enough for me.
5. Season the salad with mayonnaise. Two tablespoons is enough.
6. Mix all ingredients. You can add salt and pepper, but I didn't do that.
7. Tasty, healthy and very fast.
8. Serve as a snack on weekdays and on holidays.
