Universal fish salad with sprats, pickled cucumbers and corn, dressed with mayonnaise. Can be served as a spread on bread.

Sometimes in the evenings you don’t want to bother with dinner at all, just a light snack is enough and everyone is happy.

This is not the first time I’ve prepared sprat salad spread. It is perfect for simply putting it on a sandwich, turning it into a light snack with a cup of hot tea. Instead of sprats, tuna fillet or any other canned fish works very well, but sprats give the salad a completely different, special taste.

We will need all the products on the list.

Ингредиенты

Sprats - 1 jar

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Onions - 0.5 pcs.

Canned corn - 0.5 cans

Pickled cucumbers - 3 pcs.

Mayonnaise - to taste

Рецепт

1. I prefer to drain all the oil from the sprat and remove the tails. Sometimes I even go so far as to clean the fish from the backbone :))) It's a matter of personal preference. Place the sprats in a salad bowl and lightly mash with a fork. Sprinkle with finely chopped onions.

2. Boil the eggs and chop finely.

3. Mix all ingredients.

4. It is also preferable to cut pickled cucumbers smaller and add them to the salad bowl.

5. Drain the liquid from the canned corn and place the corn in the same place. Season the sprat salad spread with mayonnaise, sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
