Pancakes with cottage cheese and condensed milk are an excellent dessert that your family or guests will definitely enjoy.
Pancakes can be baked in advance according to your favorite recipe, and at the right time simply grease them with filling and serve with tea or coffee. I wanted to make these pancakes in the form of rolls so that they would not only be tasty, but also beautiful.
To prepare pancakes with cottage cheese and condensed milk, you need the following ingredients. You can bake pancakes according to my recipe or take any recipe you have tested.

For pancakes:
Kefir - 500 ml
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Flour - 120 g
Soda - 0.5 tsp.
Salt - 0.5 tsp.
Sugar - 1 tbsp.
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Filling:
Cottage cheese 9% - 300 g
Condensed milk - 3 tbsp.

1. Break eggs into a bowl, add salt, sugar and soda, beat with a whisk.
2. Add vegetable oil and continue beating.
3. Sift flour into the dough and mix.
4. Add warm kefir to the dough in parts until the dough becomes homogeneous. Leave the dough to rest for 20 minutes. The consistency of the dough is liquid.
5. Grease the frying pan with oil and use a ladle to pour in a portion of the dough, rotating the pan and distributing the dough over the surface.
6. When the bottom of the pancake is fried, turn it over with a spatula and fry on the other side.
7. For the filling, mix cottage cheese with condensed milk. The amount of condensed milk can be adjusted to achieve the desired taste.
8. Make about 16 pancakes. I made half with condensed milk, and half with cottage cheese and apple filling, which I will show in the next recipe.
9. Grease each pancake with curd filling.
10. Roll the pancakes into a tube, starting from the edge.
11. Then cut each pancake with cottage cheese and condensed milk in half. Can be served immediately.
