Cooking may seem long and complicated at first glance, but in reality it is not so if all the cooking processes are properly distributed. Pancakes stuffed with chicken and rice come out with a crispy crust, are really very tasty, and the family loves them.

Ингредиенты

For pancakes:

Flour - 160 g

Milk - 500 g

Egg - 2 pcs.

Sugar - 1 tbsp.

Salt - a pinch

Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

For filling:

Chicken breast - 300 g

Rice - 180 g

Onion - 50 g

Salt and pepper - to taste

Greens - several sprigs

Bay leaf - 1 pc.

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

1. First of all, you need to boil the chicken breast and rice. To do this, cut the fillet from the bone, remove the skin, and place the chicken in boiling water in a saucepan. Add fresh herbs for flavor, bay leaf and salt to taste, cook for 15 minutes.

2. Also rinse the rice several times, pour in 300 g of water and boil for about 15-20 minutes until fully cooked over moderate heat, the water should completely boil away. Fluff the cooked rice with a fork.

3. Pour flour into a deep bowl, pour in milk, beat in eggs, add salt and sugar.

4. Beat until smooth, pour in vegetable oil and let the dough stand for 10 minutes before baking.

5. Grease the frying pan with vegetable oil, pour in a small ladle of batter, bake the pancakes on both sides over moderate heat for 30 seconds.

6. Let the boiled chicken cool slightly, then cut into pieces and puree in a blender until minced.

7. Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion, chopped into small cubes, until slightly golden brown.

8. Place the minced meat in a frying pan and cook together with the onion for a minute or two.

9. Add boiled rice, pour in a few spoons of the broth in which the chicken was cooked, salt and pepper the filling, heat thoroughly and turn off the stove.

10. Place a tablespoonful of filling in the middle of the pancake.

11. Roll the pancake into a tube, turning the edges inward on both sides. Do the same with all products.

12. Heat a little more vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the pancakes until golden brown on all sides.

13. Delicious and satisfying pancakes with chicken and rice are ready. Serve for breakfast, dinner or as a snack throughout the day.
