Spaghetti – 200 g

Bacon – 100 g

Mushrooms – 200 g

Parmesan cheese – 150 g

Cream – 150 ml

Garlic – 2 cloves

Egg (yolk) – 3 pcs.

Butter – 1 tsp.

Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp.

Salt - to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

1. Prepare ingredients for making pasta carbonara with mushrooms and bacon.

2. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Place it in a heated frying pan with butter. Fry for no more than 30 seconds.

3. Cut the bacon into thin strips. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Stirring occasionally. The fat should be rendered from it.

4. Cut the peeled onions into small cubes. Place it in a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry until light golden brown. Then place in a saucepan and set aside.

5. Wash the mushrooms thoroughly, dry with a napkin and cut into thin slices.

6. Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan, after a minute add the prepared mushrooms. Stirring, fry until golden brown.

7. Pour 100 ml of cream into a saucepan with fried onions, add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Add the fried champignons and simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes.

8. Grate Parmesan cheese on a medium grater.

9. Place the egg yolks in a bowl, beat them a little, adding salt and ground black pepper. Then pour in 50 ml of cream and add Parmesan.

10. Boil the spaghetti in salted water until done.

11. Place freshly cooked hot spaghetti in a frying pan, immediately pour in the egg-cream sauce with Parmesan, add mushrooms and bacon. Stir everything quickly and thoroughly, place on a dish and serve hot. Before serving, sprinkle carbonara pasta with bacon, mushrooms and cream with grated cheese.
