I saw the recipe for this schnitzel a long time ago on some foreign website. Our family really liked it - tasty, fast, satisfying and beautiful on the plate. I cook it quite often. Try to cook it, maybe you will like it too.

To prepare bone-in pork loin schnitzel, take the ingredients from the list. Cut the meat into portions along the ribs.

Ингредиенты

Pork loin on the bone - 2 pcs.

Chicken egg - 2 pcs.

Flour - 2-3 tbsp.

Breadcrumbs - 3-4 tbsp.

Mustard - 1 tbsp.

Salt - to taste

Pepper, h.m. - taste

Vegetable oil - 3-4 tbsp.

Lemon - 2 slices

1. Place the loin on a cutting board, cover with cling film, and pound very thinly.

2. Salt and pepper the meat.

3. Spread with mustard and leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes.

4. You can take either spicy (if you like) or sweet mustard. It makes the meat soft and juicy.

5. Then proceed as with a regular chop - roll the schnitzel in flour.

6. Then in beaten egg.

7. Breaded in breadcrumbs.

8. Fry in vegetable oil. Fry the schnitzel over low heat for 4-5 minutes on each side, until the bone is cooked.

9. Place the finished schnitzel on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Pork loin schnitzel on the bone is ready.

10. Serve the finished schnitzel with a green salad and a slice of lemon. Enjoy!
