Sour cream (15-20%) - 300 g

Cottage cheese (smooth, 5 or 9%) - 150 g

Sugar - 125 g

Egg (large) - 3 pcs.

Flour - 20 g

Filling:

Berry (fresh or frozen) - 150-200 g

1. Take a springform pan 23 or 24 cm in diameter, cover the bottom with parchment. Roll out the dough into a circle larger than the diameter of the mold, and carefully transfer it into the mold, forming sides.

2. Prepare the filling. Add sugar to the eggs and beat with a mixer. The mass should increase.

3. Add cottage cheese, flour and sour cream to the whipped mass, stir thoroughly.

4. The filling is ready, pour it into the mold with the dough.

5. And lay out the berries. I have frozen cherries that I did not defrost. Place the mold in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 40-50 minutes. Then turn off the oven and leave the sour cream in it until it cools completely. We do not open the oven door. Place the cooled sour cream and berries in the refrigerator to stabilize the filling.

6. You can sprinkle the sour cream with a little powdered sugar, or you can decorate it with berries. The sour cream turns out to be very tender, so we cut it into portions with a hot but dry knife. Sour cream with berries is ready. Help yourself!
