Ratatouille is a fairly famous dish of French cuisine, but I want to offer you a very tasty, beautiful and easy-to-prepare version of baked ratatouille. Literally two strokes and the dish will sparkle with bright taste.
Here are the products we will need to prepare vegetable ratatouille in the oven.

3. Heat the oven to 230 degrees, we need high temperature so that the vegetables do not remain in stewing mode, but are fried, baked, this is the second point that I wanted to draw your attention to. Place the vegetables on a wide baking sheet and place in the oven. After 15 minutes, mix the vegetables and place the tomatoes on top. Place the pan back into the hot oven and cook until done. The entire baking process will take about half an hour. To prevent the vegetables from burning, do not forget to stir them.
