I bring to your attention a simple recipe for cooking fish in a slow cooker.
For this dish, I purchased a fresh frozen pollock carcass and 15 percent sour cream. To make the sauce richer, I first fried the onions and carrots. It turned out to be a delicious fish in sour cream filling, and besides, almost all the work was done for me by a miracle kitchen assistant.
So, we will prepare the products for cooking pollock in sour cream sauce in a slow cooker according to the list of ingredients. We take the fish out of the freezer in advance so that it thaws.

Pollock s/m - 400 g
Onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Salt - to taste
Italian herbs - 0.25 tsp.
Turmeric - 0.25 tsp.
Sour cream 15% - 200 ml

1. Peel and rinse the vegetables under running water. Cut the onion into cubes, grate the carrots on a grater with medium holes. Place the slices in the multicooker bowl, add a little vegetable oil and activate the “Frying” function, press the “Start” button. Stirring occasionally, fry the vegetables until golden brown, this will take 5-7 minutes, use your technique as a guide.
2. Meanwhile, prepare the fish. We run a knife against the growth of the scales to completely remove them, then thoroughly rinse the carcass, trim the fins and clean the black film inside the abdomen. Cut the fish into portions and season with spices.
3. Add the fish to the fried vegetables and mix. If necessary, add more spices.
4. Fill the contents of the bowl with sour cream, close the lid and select the “Stew” mode, press the “Start” button.
5. Cook pollock in sour cream sauce in a slow cooker for 50 minutes - until the beep. There is no need to stir or add liquid during cooking. After the time has passed, the fish will be completely ready.
6. The fish turns out very tasty, tender and juicy. It should be served warm, it is very tasty with mashed potatoes.
