An excellent recipe for a traditional steamed egg omelette with milk in a slow cooker.

Omelettes are usually prepared for breakfast. But my family is ready to eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The main thing is variety. Since the advent of a multicooker with a steamer function in my kitchen, I cook steam omelettes most often. This omelet can be prepared not only in a slow cooker. Perhaps you have a double boiler that will cope 100% with this task. Steam omelet is the fastest, most satisfying, healthy and delicious meal for both adults and children.

To prepare a steam omelette in a slow cooker, take the following products.

Ингредиенты

Chicken egg - 2 pcs.

Sour cream (20%) - 30 g

Milk - 30 ml

Salt - to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Butter - 10 g

Greens - for serving

1. Break chicken eggs into a deep bowl. Pour milk of any fat content.

2. Beat with a kitchen whisk until smooth.

3. Add sour cream.

4. Continue beating until smooth. Season with salt and ground black pepper.

5. Pour 200-300 ml of water into the multicooker bowl, or hot water. Place the steam grate. Grease a deep mold with butter. Pour in the egg mixture. Place the mold on the wire rack. Close the lid tightly. Run the steam program for 10 minutes.

6. The steamed omelette is ready. Serve it to the table immediately.

7. Sprinkle with chopped herbs. Enjoy your meal!
