Classic sangria recipe

Today we will prepare a popular drink from Spain - Sangria.
Sangria appeared due to the hot summer period in the country. The Spaniards working on fruit plantations always drank wine diluted with water, and pieces of fruit served as an appetizer and added sweetness to the drink.
Due to this dilution, the drink did not intoxicate much, while maintaining tone and refreshing.
Sangria is a cocktail that starts the day before!

Dry red wine - 0.75 ml
Apple - 1 pc.
Pear - 1 pc.
Oranges - 1 pc.
Lemon - 1 pc.
Lime - ½ piece
Sugar - 35 gr

1. Wash oranges and lemons, then cut into pieces, leaving the peel.
2. Cut the apple and pear into slices.
3. Place the cut fruit in the carafe.
4. Add cane sugar to fruits, leave for 20 minutes until sugar dissolves in an acidic citrus environment.
5. Pour in the wine, mix and put in the refrigerator for a day or night.
6. Serve cold, pouring into glasses with pre-filled ice.
