Fried Rice: Alternative Cooking

Delicious food, never get bored!
This fried rice recipe is ready in 15 minutes. Make Minute Rice with Chicken Broth, Sautéed Vegetables, Soy Sauce and Egg. You will feel good serving your family this low calorie, low fat meal.
Ингредиенты
1 tablespoon oil
3 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 package frozen vegetables for stir-fry, thawed
1 can of chicken broth
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cups Minute White Rice

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook beaten eggs in hot oil until tender, stirring occasionally. Remove the scrambled eggs to a plate; postpone.
Add vegetables, broth, and soy sauce to the same skillet; boil. Add rice; lid. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
Stir the eggs into the rice mixture. Serve hot.

You can add sesame oil, five spice powder or sauce
Sriracha for added effect.
