Deep-fried Lemon Pepper Shrimp

Gorgeous snack. and most importantly easy!

These deep fried shrimp are easy to make and can be served with salad or over rice or pasta. They are also good as a cold snack. Everyone knows that seafood is very healthy! Be sure to try this at home!

Ингредиенты

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 lemon, juice

1 teaspoon lemon pepper

¼ teaspoon paprika

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

12 raw medium shrimp

1 lemon, chopped

Рецепт

1. Preheat fryer to 200 degrees C according to manufacturer's instructions.

2. Mix oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper, paprika and garlic powder in a bowl. Add shrimp and stir.

3. Cook shrimp in preheated deep fryer until bright pink on the outside and meat is opaque, 6 to 8 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
